The Cocktail Wizard specialises in producing quality all-natural real-fruit frozen daiquiri bases, which can be used as a premium alternative to syrup-based daiquiris or granitas. We avoid the use of artificial colours, flavours and preservatives, resulting in frozen beverage bases that can be used instantly for daiquiris, margaritas, cocktails, champagne blinis or simply real fruit granitas for the kids (and the kids at heart!)

Take-home tubs…

We provide a quality home-made style product that is available for the take-home market. Our 1 litre tubs are available in a variety of seasonal flavours and come with straightforward instructions, so it is now easy to create bar-quality daiquiris or real fruit granitas in your own home! Just add spirits…

As our product does not come pre-mixed with alcohol, the strength of the drink is left to the discretion of the user. We suggest the use of white spirits. For daiquiris just add white rum! For margarita add a splash of tequila!
